If you follow me on Instagram or Facebook you will have seen I have posted a couple of pictures from a sunrise shoot I did this week in Paddock Wood, Kent. Instead of spamming my feed with them all at once I thought I would share a few more on a blog post that haven't yet made it to social media.
Funny story behind these photos. I woke up early on my day off excited to capture the morning frost, I had so much enthusiasm until I got to my car (she's called Roxy).... It was so cold, that both the passengers and drivers side locks had frozen. I thought oh god not again Roxy (last time this happened I gave up.) I then thought I would try my chances at the boot. Not knowing what good this would do even if I did get it open. Much to my surprise the boot opened up straight away! I'm sure you know what's coming next. I had a quick glance around to check the neighbours weren't looking and clambered through the boot with my muddy walking boots to open up the doors. It's at this part I should point out that I have a pretty small car. I had to force open the doors from the inside. For anyone thinking why didn't I use the electric key, the perks of having a car with character and being the grand old age of 20 is that there is no magic button to get in. I am sure this won't be the last time this happens and I am pretty sure I am not the only one who has had to do this this week. Next time its frosty, have a look around when getting into your car and you may just find some early morning entertainment.
Enough rambling about my comical morning with Roxy, I will leave you to enjoy some calming pictures.
